Every year we procure the best Piemontese white truffles we can find to accompany an a la carte menu inspired by the rich dishes and ingredients of the region. The truffles are an optional addition to any dish(es) on the nights menu complete with favorites from years’ past and highlighted by a few special debuts from the kitchen.
